Dinosaurs: Leave the Kids at Home
Non-Member Member

Wednesday, November 18, 6:30 to 9 pm
Instructors: Bob Bartolotta and JoAnn Coburn

Do you wonder how your kids know so much about prehistoric creatures? Dinosaurs are not just for kids. This class will dispel the myths, answer your burning questions and get you up close and personal with the giants in the Museum’s dinosaur hall — the only such gallery in Ohio. Why isn’t the name Brontosaurus correct anymore? Is the Thanksgiving bird on your table really a dinosaur? Did T. rex prey on fresh kill or scavenge on decaying leftovers? Why did "long-necks" swallow rocks? Join some fellow adults and get ready to be enlightened so you can return home with an empowered sense of knowledge. Limit 20. Naturalist Certificate Hours: 2.5.
