Observe the beautiful colors and patterns created by the trees and shrubs within the spectacular Beech Maple Forest at the Groves Woods Preserve as they prepare for winter. Twig and bud arrangement, color and fragrance will be some of the characteristics we use for identification purposes. Limit 20. Naturalist Certificate Hours: 2. (Difficulty 2, 1-5 scale)
