This season is a fairly good one for observing the Red Planet, and the Earth will be closest to Mars on January 27. Many people think that Mars should be the next destination for long-range human travel. Find out about the most Earth-like planet in our solar system. We’ll show you where to look for the blazing red jewel in the sky and also share the wonders of the brightest winter constellations

Programs may include hands-on, classroom and/or gallery presentations as appropriate. Students will be grouped by age according to enrollment. Cost of program is $6/person per topic with one adult free. Siblings younger than 6 may not attend these programs for older children.
