After rain and snow, where does water go? Some goes into the air, ground, plants and animals, and some flows on land collecting in rivers, lakes and oceans. Using maps we will investigate the path of a drop of water through a watershed. Important differences between wetlands, rivers, creeks, marshes, swamps, lakes and oceans will be investigated.  The amazing properties of water and the presence of it here on Earth and elsewhere in our solar system will be briefly touched on in this program.
Programs may include hands-on, classroom and/or gallery presentations as appropriate. Students will be grouped by age according to enrollment. Cost of program is $6/person per topic with one adult free. Siblings younger than 6 may not attend these programs for older children.

In response to requests, we are adding programs for 4 and 5 year olds. These hands-on self-directed programs will be related to the topics listed above and run from 1:15 to 2 pm on the same days. Parents are expected to attend with their child. Cost of program is $6/person per topic.
