There are gazillions of fossils out there but they’re not all T. rex. In fact most fossils come from small invertebrate animals, which is a good thing because fossils point us to the habitat the critters lived in. Scan our sample site tables, learn about a lot of animals, deduce the habitat and then have a chance to pick through a crushed rock sample to recover your own fossils.
