Prehistoric Native Americans liked to wear jewelry and decorate themselves and their clothing just as much as we still do today. This class will offer a look at various prehistoric ornaments focusing on how they were made and the materials used to make them. Students will also make a soapstone pendant necklace, using primitive and modern tools and materials, to take home. *NOTE: There will be an additional $5 materials fee per student to be collected in cash at the time of the class.
