Project WILD is one of the most widely-used conservation and environmental education programs among educators of students in kindergarten through high school. The goal of Project WILD is to assist learners of any age in developing awareness, knowledge, skills and commitment to result in informed decisions, responsible behavior and constructive actions concerning wildlife and the environment upon which all life depends. We will thoroughly examine the Project WILD and Aquatic WILD guides so that you will walk away feeling comfortable using them with your class. This workshop is perfect for teachers, youth leaders, camp counselors, naturalists, and all who enjoy nature. Visit www.projectwild.org for information on correlations to national academic standards or here for Ohio’s Project WILD Program.
