Cost: $1,750 – includes parking, lobby, Fawick Gallery, microphone, podium and screen (additional 100 temporary seats can be set up)
Daytime Rentals
Auditorium Rental
- Half Day (four-hour block) – $800
- Full Day (9 am to 5 pm) – $1,600
- Admission to all galleries with daytime rental – $3.50 per person
Rental Parking
Flat fee of $5 per car in Museum lot (additional parking available at area lots and on-street at meters)
Alcohol
The Cleveland Museum of Natural History holds a seven-day full liquor license. You must purchase all alcoholic beverages for your rental event through the Museum.
We maintain a good selection of beer, wine and liquor from which you may choose. Charges for Museum "stock" alcohol are based on consumption or limits set by group/user, whichever you prefer.
We accept special orders. However, your entire order will be charged to your account, and you can't take unused portions out of the Museum.
You will receive an invoice for alcohol costs after your event.
Discounts
• 10 percent rental discount with Museum Family membership and above
• 10 percent discount available to nonprofit organizations
Security
Your rental fee includes the necessary indoor and outdoor security for all events.

Payment
We require 50 percent of your rental fee as a deposit when you sign your contract. The remainder, plus any additional agreed-upon charges, will be billed after the event. We accept checks, Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
