Join us as we celebrate the first anniversary of the GreenCityBlueLake Institute at The Cleveland Museum of Natural History.
The Evening Includes:
• Hearty hors d'oeuvres featuring organic and local ingredients
• Cash bar with organic wine and local beer selections
• Music and dancing
Plus:
• Hear the Museum's "State of Sustainability" report, a summary of progress made by Northeast Ohio's sustainability community in 2008 and a forecast of challenges and opportunities in 2009.
• Enter a raffle to win 2 tickets for the Natural History of Food Series—either to the Natural History of Spices on April 18, 2009, featuring guest chef Karen Small, Flying Fig, or The Natural History of Peppers on June 20, 2009, featuring guest chef Sergio Abramof, Sergio's and Sarava. The raffle tickets are 1 for $20 or 5 for $80.
• Purchase a $100 event ticket and join GreenCityBlueLake Director David Beach and Museum Interim Executive Director Bonnie Cummings for a special reception at 7 pm.
