This program was conceptualized and completed by the Department of Vertebrate Zoology, Timothy O. Matson, Ph.D., Curator and Head. Photographs were taken and sound recordings were made by Dr. Matson. Margaret Jones, Nancy Calfee, and Carole Camillo reviewed the typescript and made valuable recommendations for its improvement. Narration of the script onto cassette tape was by Charlotte Matson. Word processing of the typescript was accomplished by Gordon McCarty. The art work in Figure 1, a stylized frog, was by Wendy Donkin. Black and white photographic prints of spectrograms were prepared by Dan Flocke. The support and assistance with this project by the above mentioned staff members of the Cleveland Museum of Natural History is greatly appreciated.
