Since 1940, the Women's Committee has been an integral part of the Museum. This group has contributed over $1.6 million to the Museum through fundraising, event sponsorship and volunteer efforts.
Membership in the Women's Committee offers:
The opportunity to expand your knowledge of the natural world
A way to meet people with similar interests, have fun and make new friends
Projects that encourage personal growth and benefit the Museum
The purpose of the Women's Committee is to support and promote the Museum within the community. This is accomplished through the responsible management of activities promoting the Museum, raising funds to help maintain its operation, and assisting the Trustees and Administration in attaining immediate and long term goals.
The Women's Committee meets three times per year and hosts additional workshops and activities.
Women's Committee membership dues start at $40 in addition to any Museum membership category. Dues support start-up expenses for special events and fundraisers. To become a member of the Women's Committee please contact Kathy Fouts at 216-231-4600 ext. 3265 or email@example.com.
