The Harold Terry Clark Library, Rare Book Collection, Museum Archives, and Fine Arts CollectionÂ
The special collections of the Cleveland Museum of Natural History are composed of media used for the recording, communication, and illumination of the Museum’s mission. In a sense, they serve as the “museum of Museum.” These documents and objects and their essential value represent the contexts and communities from which the Museum has evolved. They further represent the enduring legacy, aesthetic impact, and educational potential of the Museum over its more than 100 years of service.
