Are you visiting the Museum through your employer? While your employer has specific details about your organization's perks, below are some common questions from employees about their corporate partnership benefits.

Am I a corporate partner?
If your employer logo is listed, you may be eligible for corporate partner benefits at the Museum. Benefits vary by partnership level, and employers will share details about these benefits directly with their employees. Please call the Museum’s Welcome Desk at 216.231.4600 to confirm your company’s participation and available benefits.
How do I access benefits?
Corporate partners are provided with information about the benefits available to their employees at the Museum. Employee benefits for each level are listed here. Corporate partner discounts are applicable to general admission, Museum memberships, public programs, and events.
The discount does NOT apply to Planetarium shows, 3D movies, or educational programs. Employees looking to take advantage of their benefits will be expected to verify their affiliation with the corporate partner during a transaction or at check-in. Visitors should be prepared to present either a staff ID or a company email address.
Can I use my corporate partner discount for my family or guests?
Yes, this discount applies to all members of your party.
Is there a cost associated with Corporate Partner Days?
Admission to Corporate Partner Days is free for participating organizations, employees, and their families! Parking is offered at the discounted Member rate of $7.
Do I need to have a Museum membership to take advantage of corporate benefits?
If you work for a participating organization, no membership is required to use your employee discount. However, becoming a Museum member gives you access to member-only events, early access to select opportunities, exclusive experiences, and additional discounts. Visitors may apply both a general admission purchase and their corporate partner discount toward the cost of a Membership.
Can we increase our corporate partner level during the year?
Yes! To access more benefits for your organization, or to unlock additional sponsorship opportunities, you can make additional contributions at any time.
